Deleting many contacts under a given tag deletes all contacts in database

When attempting to delete many (thousands) of contacts at once under a given tag, it will delete all the contacts in the database.

Though possibly not relevant, the path of operations to duplicate this bug is to make a large import, create a new tag on import, search via advanced search for the tagged contacts, then delete them via the select dropdown.
