            Description

            Mexico (country ID 1140) was missing 1 state (Distrito Federal) associated with the country; should be added with abbreviation DF.

            (Note that Brasil also has a Distrito Federal, already correctly associated with its country ID 1029.)

            Also corrected:
            3808 Coahuila (spacing error)
            3809 Colima (spacing error)
            3811 Chihuahua (misspelled)
