Total amount on contribution tab of contact view includes canceled and pending transactions

A user has canceled or pending transactions. the contributions are included in the total, number and average. Either change the label to explicitly indicate that incomplete transactions are included or list them in a separate line.
Total Amount - $ 1,000.00 # Contributions - 2 Avg Amount - $ 500.00
Total Pending -$ 500 # contributions - 1 - average -$ 500

or label Total amount (including pending)
