When editing a contact that has no location data, the default location type is not set

When the user edits a contact record that has no location data saved, the location type is not set to the system default.

If the user does not set the location type, she receives an error that she must set a location type to store data:

"Please correct the following errors in the form fields below:

• The Location Type should be set if there is any location information."
