Remove $location.1.name from Event TPL

The 'name' column has been removed from the civicrm_location table, but 3 TPL files still refer to '$location.1.name'.

• templates/CRM/Event/Form/Registration/EventInfoBlock.tpl
• templates/CRM/Event/Page/EventInfo.tpl

In these 2 files the references to $location.1.name can removed. (The address name is displayed by $location.1.address.display if the name is set and the global address settings include the name.)

• templates/CRM/Event/Form/Registration/ReceiptMessage.tpl

In this file the references to $location.1.name should be replaced with $location.1.address.name. (Or even better, the complete address display logic should be changed to use $location.1.address.display if that is possible.)
