CiviCase - Problems with Recent Items

The following problems with case objects and the Recent Items array need to be fixed:

• Editing case activity - doesn't add it to recent items array
• Inserting case activity - activity type is missing: "Rehearsal with family - Dan Johnson ()" s/b "Rehearsal with family - Dan Johnson (Rehearse Intervention)"
• Auto-populated activities (there are created when case is opened) - We should BYPASSB adding these to recent items array (there may be lots and it clutters the list without being useful).
• Viewing case doesn't put Case in the recent items list
• Viewing activity should also put the activity in recent list (doesn't currently)
• Scheduling a followup without a subject causes "null - John Smith ()" to be put into the recent items list. Should be "John Smith (Followup)".
• Make sure the Drupal block initialization for this block has it only show up on civicrm* pages.
