Fields being populated with "null" on "select existing organization"

Just duplicated this on drupal.demo.civicrm.org

When filling out the "Member Signup and Renewal" form and after selecting "Select existing organization", empty fields in "Organization Details" are populated with "null"

could this be related to the email issue with the use of "on behalf of"?
