Validation error when saving an HTML message Template in FCK editor

Hi,
This issue was posted at the request of lobo.

Using the FCK editor, I receive the following error message when I try to save an HTML message template that was copied and pasted from a file in Notepad: "Sorry a non-recoverable error has occurred. There is a validation error with your html input. Your activity is a bit suspicious, hence aborting".

I get this error both in Firefox and in IE and I am able to replicate it on the demo site.

I did try deleting the config.ids.ini file but that did not help. I also tried deleting the non-english text from the message body but that did not help either.
