CRM-4750 Suggest increasing the default "additional addresses" for contacts limit to 2

Suggest humbly to the CiviCRM team that a default value for "additional addresses" for Contacts of 2 may be more appropriate for more end-user situations and less confusing than the current default value of 1 for the distribution. Default value of 1 gives the impression to noob users that additional addresses are not possible, unless they know where to look in the Global Settings to increase it, which they won't right away.
