Import Error Downloads - Data Columns Offset

When you download error files during Import Step 3 (Preview) and Step 4 (Import Summary) - the data columns are mis-aligned to the column headers if the "View Contact URL" column is null. [This column is always null for Preview errors - and should be completely suppressed if possible.]

To recreate
*import the attached file (meisenger_import.csv)

• Click download errors (2 rows) on the Preview step and review file in excel (my copy attached as Import_Errors-2.csv) - last names are under 'View ContactURL' column, etc.
• After Import, click download errors again (3 rows) - same issue

ALSO, note that that column headers in the Preview error file are correct format ('display titles'), while the ones in the Import Summary error file use internal field names (street_address rather than Street Address). Would also be good to include full mapped field titles in these headers (Phone-Home-Mobile) if it's easy to do.
