Edit Option in price options does not work

When editing a price option as part of a price field in a price set, the changes are not saved. It results in a "Duplicate option label" error, that is not displayed on the screen. It is fixed when the attached patch is applied. The comparison looking for duplicate values is comparing the "value" of one option to the "weight" of the other, and results in a mismatch with, for example, a value of 1 and weight of 1.
