            Description

            Multilingual Upgrade Fail when upgrade from 2.2.6 to 3.0.alpha1

            rebuildMultilingualSchema trying to create the VIEW of not existing TABLE (After the 2.2.7.mysql.tpl )
            and those table are handle in the 3.0.alpha1.mysql.tpl file

            one of the solutiuon might be
            rebuildMultilingualSchema only runs after the last .tpl file
