Already Registered and Event Full messages shown simultaneously

            Description

            When a user has already registered for the event and the event registration is full and the user then clicks on "Register Now" link
            it gives a message

            "Oops. It looks like you are already registered for this event. If you want to change your registration, or you feel that you've gotten this message in error, please contact the site administrator. This event is currently full. However you can register now and get added to a waiting list. You will be notified if spaces become available."

            This is a combination of 2 messages which is confusing.
