Disambiguate between calendar and fiscal year

Reports like SYBUNT have a filter based on "This Year" which corresponds to the calendar year. Since most non profits run on a fiscal year basis, having that as a filter would be extremely handy. It's not entirely clear which one is being used before the report is run.
