Some empty Select Option in ACL Rule For Event

While Defining Access Control Rule for Type "Event", Under the Select options For Events - "Select an event, OR apply this permission to ALL events."
There are some empty option values in select field.
Also Rule get submitted with these empty options without giving any error/warning.

I have attached the screen shot of the issue.
