Event Title being changed to "Tell a Friend"

I have installed civicrm 3.0 alpha (revision - 22963) from svn + drupal 6.13.

After creating one Event my Event title got automatically changed to label "Tell A friend"

Here are the steps to reproduce the problem
1. Filled the First step of basic event information, redirected to location Tab (attached screen shot step 2)
2. fill location information click on "Tell a Friend" tab (attached screen shot step 3)
3. again click on any other tab & click on save
4. Event title gets changed to "Tell a Friend" (attached screen shot step 4) also on in tell a friend tab, check box is unchecked but title and other information is still visible (attached screen shot tell_a_friend)
