Register Now link should not be shown for a registered participant with event settings to "Do not allow multiple registrations for same email"

Problem: When a user has already registered for an event that does not allow multiple registrations with same email, the "Register Now" link for online registration
should not be shown when they click on the Event Info page.

Currently it does show the online registration link and upon clicking it gives the stagus message

"Oops. It looks like you are already registered for this event. If you want to change your registration, or you feel that you've gotten this message in error, please contact the site administrator. "

Steps to Create:

1 - Create an Event with online registration
2 - In Online Registration section uncheck "Allow multiple registrations from the same email address?"

Login as an end user and register for the event. Again to to event info page the "Register Now" link is visible. In fact it should show a link to "Edit my registration"
