Multiple participants - show who paid for a registration on participant record

1. Add Primary Participant display name + link to view participant record to VIEW and EDIT screens for Additional Participants (participants registered by another person via "Register Multiple Participants" in online event registration forms).

2. Add "Additional Participants" display name + link to view their participant record to VIEW and EDIT screens for Primary Participant.

Feature request - It would be really useful to be able to see the linkages for multiple participant payments.

When I go into a multiple participant registration I struggle to figure out who is making the payment for it - e.g

Ideally the participation record would show who registered it. Also, ideally the contribution record would have links to the related participation records.
