Email copy of assigned activity still says "Actual Date"

      Description

      When you assign a case activity to someone, it sends an email to them, but now that there is no due date vs actual date distinction, the text in the email should just say "Date/Time".

      Similarly it also still says "Actual Date" on the activity view popup/overlay for case activities, e.g. when clicking on the subject of an activity on the manage case screen.
