deleting contact record of an activity creator cascade deletes associated activities

            Description

            As mentioned in forum post http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,9408.0.html

            I'm currently using 2.2.3, i don't know if it's in later releases.

            Problem: Deletion of an admin contact who created activities resulted in deletion of all activities created by that contact.
            Admin was not the assignee or target contact of the activities.

            I do think that this is a bug and deleting the creator should not delete the activities associated with the creator
