Creating an activity in standalone mode doesn't trigger activityTypeFile to insert extra content once type is chosen.

Related to CRM-4930, when you create an activity from the menu and not from a contact tab or from a case, the drop down where you choose the activity type doesn't cause the insertion of extra content if the type has some associated with it.

Putting fix version as future version since might need some discussion. I think an easy way to do this is to change the onChange event for the select box to reload the page adding atype=<n> to the url, but this seems contrary to design philosophy throughout civicrm.
