Tell a Friend on contribution page use receipt_from_email

We don't send a receipt from CiviCRM, we use the payment gateway to send the receipt. But when you have tell a friend turned on it use the email from the receipt from address. You can't change that unless you turn it on. I tried making it empty in the db and the results on the Tell a friend email were worse.

CiviCRM does however use the person telling a friend's email to as the reply-to. I suggest if this field is empty in the db use the person telling the friend's email. Or just use the person's email as the from. I realize there might be mail server ramifications with this. So the last alternative is to simply use the site wide CiviCRM From email if this receipt_from_email is empty. Which is probably the best approach.
