Activities tab : With contact column is empty when target is the currently viewed contact record

If you create an activity WITH a contact, and then view the Activity listing in THAT contact's Activities tab - the With column is EMPTY. It should show the sort name of the target contact (or contacts). The only difference for this case is that we don't make that contact's name a link to contact/view (altho I don't think we really need that special casing - i think it's fine for all contact's in the selector columns to be linked to contact/view for that contact).

Note that this is definitely a regression bug - I tested the same condition in 2.2 and the WITH contact name shows as expected in the selector.
