Description
Users need the ability to export the contacts' primary key value for external data manipulation, etc.
1. When user selects Export PRIMARY contact fields, the first column in the csv output should contain the civicrm_contact.id value of each record. Column header is "Internal Contact ID".
2. For the 'selective' export mode, include "Internal Contact ID" as one of the exportable field choices.
