Import function needs to handle multiple phone number

If I import a record set and that record set has a phone, fax and cell phone, I need a way to import all three with the appropriate labels (phone, fax, cell).

This is really just the general case of how to import multiple locations (addresses) or location elements (phones, emails, etc).
