Description
running the installation fails because the ini file needs to be deleted manually.
I had tried an installation already, so this was not the first time. However, dropping/recreating the DB and replacing the civicrm module should allow for a clean installation.
Suggest that upon installation (not upgrade), the checker runs through and deletes any configuration files (or maybe all files?) under upload to have a clean path to installation.
Alternatively, the ini files could be stored in a cache directory that can easily be blown away.
