Spacing of the expansion triangles on contact tags tab is off

I don't know if this is just something weird with my install, but I couldn't test on sandbox because hierarchical tags don't seem to be working there at all.

Create some hierarchical tags. Assign one to a contact. Go to the contact's tags tab. The expansion triangles indicating subtags exist seem to be kind of overwritten by the text.
