Description
When using Joomla 1.5.14 with CiviCRM version 3 stable, the Joomla admin area menus end up behind the new CiviCRM menu area. This happens in Internet Explorer 7 but not Firefox. This is happening in the sandbox at demo.civicrm.org too.
