            Description

            Daniel Holbach noticed that we don't ship the data files for some of the per-country Validate_XX PEAR packages, and my gut feeling is that we don't even need them in the first place. We should consider dropping these packages to (a) lower our work on package upgrades and (b) make CiviCRM packaging (say, for Ubuntu...) easier.
