Help text for from email address in CiviMail is confusing

      Description

      The help text (in the blue [?]) for the From Email Address in CiviMail also appears for the From Email Address when sending email to contacts. For the latter it makes sense, but for CiviMail it is confusing as it suggests that the logged in user's email address will be the default From Email Address, but in this case it is not. Better text would read:

      "When sending email to contacts (not when using CiviMail) CiviCRM uses the primary email address of the logged in user as the default FROM address when sending emails to contacts.

      Users with Administer CiviCRM permission can configure one or more general email addresses that can be selected as an alternative at Administer CiviCRM » Option Lists » FROM Email Addresses. EXAMPLE: "Client Services" <clientservices@example.org>. Make sure these email addresses are valid email accounts with your email service provider.

      When Using CiviMail, only these configured general email addresses are available."
