            Description

            The 2.2.8 → 3.0.alpha1 upgrade path is broken for multilingual sites due to a bad mix of schema changes introduced mid-2.2 release cycle and these new columns being multilingualised when introduced: http://forum.civicrm.org/?topic=10398

            The fix should check whether civicrm_report_instance.description is multilingualised and if so, handle it gracefully in CRM/Upgrade/Incremental/sql/3.0.alpha1.mysql.tpl
