Description
When using CiviCRM under Joomla, run the Constituent Report (Detail) and set the report criteria to only show members of a specific group, the report doesn't list the correct members of that group.
I've repeated this on joomla.demo.civicrm.org as well. If you search for all contacts that are in the group 'Newsletter Subscribers', there are 18 results. However, if you run the Constituent Report (Detail) and click Report Criteria, then select 'Newsletter Subscribers' and then click 'Preview Report', instead of getting the 18 previously identified, only one contact shows.
Note, I have not tested on other versions of CiviCRM.
