Description
When dealing with large mailing lists like ours, you need to be able to search for contacts based on their on hold status. I thought we'd added that to a previous version, but I don't see it in the search options even in 3.0.2. Yes you can use search builder, but this is a common task that should be exposed on the advanced search page. Ideally there would be a simple way to say, "show me everyone whom CiviMail would attempt delivery to if this were a mailing." That may be the same set as the "not on hold" set, but if not, then it would be nice to have the ability to see both in a quick and easy way from the search tool.
On top of that, you need to be able to reset the on hold status en masse for a group of contacts. So maybe add it as a search result action. We can't manually reset 10's of thousands of contacts when we determine that their addresses should be attempted again. In this case, it was because our SMTP server settings were misconfigured, so CiviCRM marked every single person in the group as on hold.
