Event receipts display empty line items

            Description

            Two closely related problems:

            1) A ticket with a quantity of "0" (rather than blank) appears as a line item in receipts with quantity 0.

            2) When the "-none-" option is selected for a price set radio group, it appears in the receipt with a blank item name and unit price, and a quantity of 1.

            Both of these cases should be omitted from the receipt entirely.
