Contribution page not prefilled when using a link with contact checksum

            Description

            Found when including a link to "/civicrm/contribute/transact?reset=1&id=N&

            {contact.checksum}

            &cid=

            {contact.contact_id}

            " in a reminder message the form was not pre-filled.

            Attached a patch for review which solved the problem.
