      Description

      Hi there,

      I think the email verification is too weak. I've assigned this major because it means that people who are interacting with the website etc., can interact (maybe pay money) but then not get a response.

      I found this on 2.2.7 and tested on the demo 3.0.2. Looked for a previous bug report and couldn't find one - hope this isn't a repeat

      I tested by using the new individual block at http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm
