            Description

            The stand-alone HTML code for CiviCRM profiles (the textare contents at civicrm/admin/uf/group?action=preview) is badly encoded (recoded?); UTF-8 is displayed as ISO-8859-1.

            Examples: the ?Imi?? field label appears as ?ImiÄ??; the ??ódzkie? voivodship appears as ?Å?ódzkie?.
