            Description

            CRM/Upgrade/Incremental/sql/3.0.alpha1.mysql.tpl sets the civicrm_participant_status_type.class enum column to arbitrary values in some cases.

            Fix the 3.0.alpha1 upgrade script and fix post-3.0.alpha1 installs in the 3.0.3 upgrade script.
