Country-state ajax widget and new date widget don't work in Profile Preview

            Description

            1. Add "Canada" or some other country to Available Countries (Localisation). Then Preview the sample "Name and Address" Profile (civicrm/admin/uf/group?action=preview&id=1&field=0&context=group). The state drop-down doesn't update when you switch countries.

            2. Add custom date field to profile (sample "Marriage Date") - and then preview the profile. The date widget is not functional.

            (Especially for newer admins / users I think it's pretty important for the fields in "preview" mode to behave consistently with the "live" mode.)
