Activity Import - activity dates not accepted in format(s) listed on import screen

Following up on this forum post:

I tried to import activities to 3.0.2 using the supposedly accepted yyyymmdd hh:mm format - and got date field validation errors. For example:
20071111 10:30

I've attached the file I tried to import. Possibly both I and the poster are doing something wrong, but it "seems" like this is broken.

Also, as noted by the forum poster, the "specifications" on the screen for date+time are confusing since lower case 'h' usually means 12 hour format. So we should clarify (and include in example on that screen) how times like this s/b formatted: 15:33

We should also test / clarify whether a time element is supported for the alternate date formats listed (e.g. mm/dd/yy OR mm-dd-yy and the other choices)
