Sub Type issues

I created various sub types of Organization. The types I created with spaces in - i.e. 'Worship and AV' broke the new contact form for that type - the form title was just 'New' - it hadn't read the type, and when the form was submitted it failed and sent me to the site home page.

When I changed the name - i.e. to just 'Worship' this change was not reflected in the menu - i.e. in the Contacts drop down under 'New Organisation' the name had not changed. Similarly the menu did not re-build itself when I disabled the sub-type or even when I deleted it.

If I create an organization subtype with no spaces everything works fine - changing name, updating it, disabling and deleting all reflected in the contacts menu drop down.

There is a major bug with handling the names of sub-types which affects names that include spaces.
