Add contact merge to drop down action menu

It often happens that I see two contacts in a search list that are obviously duplicates, but I can't do anything to merge them at that point. There may not be any easy method of getting those two contacts into the merge function, because they are not detected by my existing strict or fuzzy match rules, or for that matter any conceivable match rules. It would be great if I could check off the two duplicates, and do a merge from the action menu. You would have to enforce a requirement that two and only two contacts can be selected for this, otherwise an error message would result.
