Description
It looks like we are not performing cleanup on civicrm_price_set_entity table when we delete event,
Now If user try to delete same price set, user get fatal error for foreign key constraint fails.
For CiviCRM v3.0 -
Do cleanup civicrm_price_set_entity table when we delete event record.
For CiviCRM v3.1 - We'll file separate issue.
