Fatal error on price set delete.

            Description

            For CiviCRM v 3.1 onward :

            Make sure to cleanup civicrm_price_set_entity table when we delete

            1. Event Record.
            2. Contribution Page Record.
            3. Contribution Record.

            For v3.0 we fixed same functionality w/ http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-5526
