"more" dropdown on eg memberships, dashboard causes all dropdowns to display

if someone has more than one membership, and you click on "more" on the far right, the dropdown options appear for both the membership, not just the one I clicked on.

Think I also spotted this happening on Dashboard where someone has Permissioned Relationships to more than one person.

DaveG says this is fixed in 3.1 http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,11244.0.html - and I concur this is sorted for membership, unable to verify on the dashboard issue

I think it needs backporting.
