Spurious/Duplicate contact creation on drupal registration

            Description

            1. When a user fills out name fields in a profile but does not properly fill out the drupal registration fields, a contact is created anyway.

            2. When a user fills out both the profile and the drupal registration correctly, duplicate contacts are created, one of which contains only the name fields.
