Description
In Multi Site installation, if we edit any existing report , it doesn't set to default .
If we have multi site with domain id other than default.
Steps to replicate:
a. Edit 'Report Settings' of any existing report.
b. Under ' Other Settings' of report, parent menu doesn't set to default.
c. If we set this manually ( Report ), new navigation link get added.
Fix: civicrm_report_instance should have domain_id filed so that we can have navigation menu for every report instance as per domain.
