The file .../packages/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/jquery.tinymce.js is not found (404).
This file is called up by administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/templates/CRM/common/jquery.tpl ...

The .js file is distributed with 3.1.beta1 and with 3.0.2, but not in 3.1.beta2.
