Description
I've found an incorrect login link in the email that gets sent to a user after creating a Personal Campaign Page. This is the email that is sent after the sysadmin has approved the PCP; note the link in step 1:

============================
Your Personal Campaign Page
============================
Your personal campaign page has been approved and is now live.
Whenever you want to preview, update or promote your page:
1. Login to your account at:
http://domain.org/administrator/
2. Click or paste this link into your browser to go to your page:
http://domain.org/index.php?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/contribute/pcp/info&reset=1&id=4
When you view your campaign page WHILE LOGGED IN, the page includes links to edit
your page, tell friends, and update your contact info.

However, if the user goes to that link and tries to log in he gets the message:
You do not have access to the administrator section of this site.
The link should, instead, be this one:
http://domain.org/index.php?option=com_user&view=login
This is with CiviCRM 3.0.3 on Joomla.
