            Description

            Have separate Custom Data pane for each custom group on Contact Edit Screen

            • Title of the pane should be group name
            • It should respect 'Collapse this group on initial display' setting. (collapse_display)

            In Contact Summary page, custom data group fieldset should ALSO respect the 'Collapse this group on initial display' setting (so only header shows, not fields). We should make all custom field group blocks collapsible as part of this issue.
